Biography

Alessandra Guiner-Da-Silva, M.D. is a pediatric emergency medicine provider at Children's Health and an Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern.

Dr. Guiner-Da-Silva completed her pediatric residency at University of Nevada School of Medicine working at Children’s Hospital of Nevada and Sunrise Children’s Hospital both located in Las Vegas, Nevada. She then moved to Dallas, Texas to participate in pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center/Children’s Medical Center of Dallas.

Dr. Guiner-Da-Silva's clinical and research interests include: procedural sedation, acute pain control, medical ethics and process improvement.
