This Site is not engaged in the practice of medicine. Any information and advice on the Site is given on a generalized, generic basis, and is not specific to any individual patient's condition. Privacy and Protection of Personal Information
Children’s Health is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its patients. The Site does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals, except when it is knowingly provided by such individuals.
All user information entered online through forms (for example appointment requests or suggestions for the Site) will only be used for internal purposes and will not be released to external entities or corporations. The Site Administrator will store volunteered information on servers protected by Children’s Health.

We view the information collectively to evaluate trends.
