Biography

Bethany McLean, M.D., is a Pediatrician at Children’s Health℠. She is passionate about supporting children’s overall health and development through preventive care while recognizing the important role that mental health and social factors play in a child’s well-being.

“I love building relationships with my patients and their families. It is a privilege to be trusted with children's health and development during their most formative years,” Dr. McLean says. “Kids are curious, resilient and earnest, and I learn from my patients every day!”

Dr. McLean earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and also received a Master of Public Health from UT Health Science Center Houston. She completed her pediatric residency training at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Outside of medicine, Dr. McLean enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, going out to brunch and thrifting.
