Biography
David Zolezzi, PA-C, is a Physician’s Assistant in Nephrology at Children’s Health℠.
I am dedicated to ensuring that children in the intensive care unit (ICU) get the best possible kidney care.
He has a special interest in providing care for children who are critically ill and develop acute kidney injuries as well as providing continuous renal replacement therapy.
“I am dedicated to ensuring that children in the intensive care unit (ICU) get the best possible kidney care,” he said. “My goal is to improve outcomes for critically ill children with acute kidney injuries by collaborating with doctors from different specialties, developing evidence-based treatment protocols and a strong emphasis on education.”
Zolezzi completed his Physician's Assistant training at Seton Hall University.
He is actively involved in efforts to improve care for children who need continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), aiming to make treatments as safe and effective as possible.
