Nicole Oakman, M.D., is a hospital medicine specialists at Children's Health and an Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Oakman earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed a residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where she served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Oakman’s research interests include the patient experience of hospitalized young adults and the intersection of race and ethnicity with medical education.
