Shuttle service at Children's Medical Center Dallas

Children’s Medical Center Dallas provides a free shuttle service to help patients, families and employees with travel between each of the Dallas Campus locations. Each shuttle meets Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, including wheelchair lifts and other features to accommodate those with disabilities.

  Hours:
  Monday - Friday
  6:45 a.m. - 6:20 p.m.

  Pick up times at each location are every 9 minutes throughout the day.

New golf cart shuttle service to Specialty Center Dallas

We are excited to introduce our brand-new golf cart shuttle service, set to launch Feb. 12 at the Pavilion Lot at Children’s Medical Center Dallas. This complimentary service is designed to make the journey to the Specialty Center as smooth and stress-free as possible for our patient families and visitors. Drivers are trained to proactively approach families in the lot to offer the service and will be continually patrolling the lot, being visible to families. There will also be signage in front of the lot to designate a stop for families returning to their vehicles. 

The shuttle service was created with the following in mind: 

Convenient Shuttle Access: Two dedicated shuttles will be available from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday – Friday for our patient families and visitors. 

Effortless Parking Assistance: We understand that the Pavilion Lot can fill up quickly, sometimes forcing families to park at the back of the lot. The new golf cart shuttle service will help to bridge the gap, providing quick and easy transportation from our patient families and visitors’ vehicles to the Specialty Center. 

Timely Arrivals for Appointments: We recognize the importance of punctuality when it comes to appointments for our patients and team members alike. The shuttle service aims to get our patients to their destinations promptly, ensuring that families and patients never miss a beat. 

Thoughtfully Designed for Families: With the well-being of our patients and their families in mind, our golf cart shuttles are designed for comfort and convenience, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
