Biography
Kaylyn Fisher, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant in Plastic Surgery at Children’s Health℠. She specializes in acute hand injuries, plagiocephaly, newborn ear molding and hemangiomas.
“I am passionate about my specialty due to the variety of conditions we treat — no two days are the same,” she says. “This specialty blends both art and science in a way that is fascinating. I love the relationships I get to build with patients and their families. It is incredibly fulfilling to guide them through the journey of healing, from an acute injury to full recovery.”
Fisher earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UT Southwestern.
She is deeply committed to providing the highest level of care, with a focus on the details that matter most. She takes the time to thoroughly understand each case, ensuring an accurate diagnosis and crafting a personalized treatment plan that is both effective and efficient.
“My goal is to help children return to the activities they love as quickly as possible,” she says. “I approach each patient relationship as a true partnership.”
Outside of medicine, Fisher enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters. Her hobbies include cooking nutritious meals, running, weightlifting and improving her Spanish.
