ATM locations

We know that having a child in the hospital means you don’t have any extra time on your hands for errands. We have multiple Chase Bank automatic teller machines (ATMs) located throughout the Dallas and Plano campuses.

Dining and food services

At Children’s Health, we have several places available to eat for the patient, family and visitors.

Gift shops and retail

Our gift shops sell age-appropriate gifts for children, as well as Mylar (latex-free) balloons, toys, gifts, books, games, snacks and personal items.

Forget something?

Anyone admitted through the Emergency Department will receive a text code to contact the Comfort Text Line for necessities. Families can also reach out to the comfort line by calling 66388 on their room phone. Items provided may be donated by friends of Children’s Health.

Parking at Children's Health

At Children's Health we offer multiple parking options including self-parking and valet services.

Playrooms and playgrounds

Playrooms provide a fun and safe place for patients and families to get out of their room to enjoy playtime. Our Dallas and Plano hospitals provide several playrooms, and playgrounds convenient to the families and appropriate to various age groups.

Outpatient pharmacies

At Children’s, we offer on-site pharmacies at several of our locations for convenient on-site prescriptions and over-the-counter medications.

Family Resource Library

Our Family Resource Libraries provide an inviting place for patients and families to seek information about a diagnosis or treatment, or to relax with leisure material.

Laundry, washers and dryers

Wash your clothes when needed. Ask a member of your care team for the closest laundry room location.

Wagons and wheelchairs

Wagons and wheelchairs are available to assist families with transporting patients or items upon discharge or for general use during your child’s stay. Please stop by any concierge desk to borrow a wagon or wheelchair. Children’s Health is in compliance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). All buildings are wheelchair accessible.

We want to make it easy for you to stay connected with family members and friends while your child is at Children’s Health.
