Robert Feldbauer

Robert (Bob) Feldbauer, FACHE, is the Chief Program Delivery Officer for Children's Health℠. In this role, Bob serves as Children's Health's senior executive responsible for the New Pediatric Campus, a $5 billion transformational joint venture between Children's Health and UT Southwestern Medical Center. This initiative represents one of the largest pediatric healthcare infrastructure projects in the nation. Bob has broad leadership responsibility over all project aspects, including budget and schedule management, construction, owner's procurement, technology and equipment planning and procurement, operational planning, and activation and transition planning. Additionally, Bob manages master planning and real estate across the system.
Bob is an executive healthcare leader with global experience spanning more than 30 years and over $10 billion in capital projects. Prior to Children's Health, Bob served as System Vice President, Chief Facilities and Administration Officer for UC Health in Cincinnati, Ohio, Chief Operating Officer at Abu Dhabi Health Services at Al Ain Hospital in the United Arab Emirates and held leadership positions at Sidra Medical & Research Center in Qatar.
Bob was elected 2026 President of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP), a 5,000-member organization. Bob holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from Syracuse University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
