Celebrating 50 years in 2024, the Child Life Department at Children’s Health℠ continues to work alongside the medical staff to ensure a positive experience for our patients and families. Our goals align with the needs of those we work with daily in the hope of making life better for children.
Children's Health Dallas and Children's Health Plano have a combined team of over 120 members including child life specialists, child life assistants, team leaders, program coordinators, music therapists, technology specialists, and PRN staff.
The Pet Therapy Program offers the benefits of pet-assisted therapy and the comforts of home through our facility dogs and volunteer therapy animals.
