Senior Vice President, Digital Applications Services

Lisa Flesher serves as Senior Vice President, Digital Applications Services, at Children’s Health. In this role, she leads enterprise application strategy, automation and operations – optimizing systems to deliver smart, scalable and value-driven solutions. Lisa oversees a team of more than 250 professionals and manages a technology portfolio supporting clinical, operational and financial excellence. With more than 25 years of health care IT leadership, she has driven major digital transformation initiatives including application modernization, robotic process automation and cloud migration. She joined Children’s Health in 1993. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University and has served on national advisory boards for ServiceNow and Epic.
