Your experience is important to us
We value your feedback at Children’s Health. The patient experience survey provides our patient families with an opportunity to share their thoughts and concerns about the care, services, and respect you and your child have received during your visit here at Children’s. Your feedback provides insights into how we can improve our efforts to provide an unparalleled consumer experience. After your visit, you may receive a survey from our third-party survey vendor, the National Research Corporation (NRC Health), via a phone call or email to learn more about your recent visit. We strongly encourage our patient families to take a few minutes to complete the survey questionnaire to tell us how we did and/or how we can improve the experience for both you and your child. Without the voice and perspective of our patient families, we would not be able to make meaningful improvements.
